- Please be aware – off-road motorcycling can be dangerous and there is a risk of serious injury, disablement or death.
- You are responsible for your conduct and safety, as well as considering the safety of others. Freestyle Training reserves the right to remove you from the course if the Instructor considers your behaviour detrimental to your safety and that of others.
- During your time with us, Freestyle Training will make every effort to secure your safety, however, your Instructor and Freestyle Training are not liable for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury or death as a result of your attendance (unless shown to be negligent).
If you attend, but decide not to complete the full day of training, your fee is not refundable.
Freestyle Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change course dates and will always offer you an alternative course date. If this alternative is not suitable, we will refund your fee in full.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at the discretion of the Directors.
Please be aware that the law of ‘force majeure’ will be applied in any situation beyond the reasonable control of Freestyle Training.
If you have a question, concern or complaint about your course, please raise it initially with your Instructor. If you are not satisfied with the response of your Instructor, please address your concerns within one calendar month of your course date via email to: office@freestyletraining.net.
Disclaimer for Training Days
Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport:
- I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in this activity and I am competent to do so.
- I confirm that I understand the nature and type of activity I am entering and its inherent risks and agree to accept the same; not withstanding that such risk may involve negligence on the part of the organisers or officials.
- I understand that by taking part in this activity I am exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the organiser or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the cognisant factor of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.
- I confirm I am fit to ride and neither myself or any members of my household are suffering the symptoms of COVID-19.
Cancellations and Refunds for Training Days
If you are unable to attend your training session, please inform us by email: office@freestyletraining.net at least 48 hours prior to your training date, so we may postpone your session to another mutually-convenient date, or otherwise refund your fee in full.
If you cancel later than 48 hours before the training, we will be happy to postpone to another mutually-convenient date, but will only refund 50% of your fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your training date, we cannot offer postponement, and you will forfeit 100% of your fee.
If we are unable to host your training owing to illness or injury of our instructor, we will inform you as soon as possible, and will postpone your training to another mutually-convenient date. If we cannot find a suitable date for you, we will refund your fee in full.
If we are unable to host your training owing to severe weather conditions which would make a day of riding either dangerous or unpleasant, we will contact you as far beforehand as possible to suggest postponement to another mutually-convenient date – for example, because of snowfall, flooding of the land, torrential rains or high winds, or because the landowner has informed us that we cannot use the land on that date.
